Meet Courtney.
Courtney built The Scene Setter out of a lifelong love (okay, obsession) with beautiful tableware. At weddings, she’d always make a beeline for the dinner tables—drawn to the details that turn gatherings into something memorable. She believes there’s beauty in everyday life and is passionate about creating elevated moments, just because. The Scene Setter was born not only to celebrate that joy, but also to make hosting easier—taking table design off your to-do list so you can focus on connection.
Our Core Beliefs
Aesthetics matter. Aesthetics prompt a feeling within us - they literally “set the scene” for what you and your guests will experience together at your gathering. Our designs are crafted to capture that perfect blend of “this feels truly special” and “I’m so comfortable, I could stay here all night.”
See your friends. We believe in the power of social connection and building your community. Time simply spent with friends and loved ones is time well spent. Take a break from your to-do list and let The Scene Setter be your excuse to see your friends!
Everyday is worth celebrating. We are here for allllll the birthdays and baby showers and wedding events, but we also firmly believe it doesn't need to be an official "event" to have an elevated experience. So, go ahead, plan something special for a Tuesday and watch you start viewing your life differently.
